Holiday Makeup Gift Sets

I love Christmas slynkey girls and you want to know what I love even more? - the make up gift sets that the make up houses come up with. This year there are so many fantastic gift sets to choose from. the only trouble is they all look so great. I thought I'd give you the low down on what's available. My problem at this time of year is that I always want to buy make up for myself too because the sets are just so pretty!

M.A.C
M.A.C has some really pretty holiday gift sets available and I don't know anyone that wouldn't love these sets. There are a number of M.A.C gift sets available at the moment and more are said to be coming available in the next couple of weeks so keep your eyes peeled slynkey girls. There are some really cute gift sets that are part of the new holiday range are the lip, eye and face kits. These sets retail for $66 for the lip kit and $86 for the eyes and face kit and comes in this seasons' hottest colours.

There are also some new holiday brush sets available too and these come in a maroon carry case. If you know anyone that does not have a good brush set I would recommend that you buy them the M.A.C sets- there are three available: Do the Trick (buff and line brushes), Morning, Noon and Knight (everything brushes) and Wave of a Wand (sweep and define brushes).

Bobbi Brown
Bobbi Brown has some great holiday gift sets available that range in price so it is really up to you how much you want to spend on a gift. There are three limited edition sets available at Bobbi Brown currently these are the Black Fawn Collection (RRP $255), Chrome Beauty Kit (RRP $365 - Eye & Lip Palette pictured left)) and the Black Plum collection (RRP $625 ) that include the all the must have colours of the season.

The black fawn collection is an absolutely gorgeous set and not too bad a price either - it is Bobbi Brown remember. This limited edition collection includes an ivory eye shadow, fawn shimmer wash eye shadow, powder pink pot rouge and shimmer lip-gloss.

It comes in a chrome faux-leather casing with three brushes included in the set too. This is what I want for Christmas! (hint hint sisters!).

Napoleon Perdis
Napoleon Perdis has put out some great gift packs this holiday season too. The gilty pleasures collection is what I currently have my eyes on. The Gold Digger Glimmer Limited Edition (RRP $51 - pictured above right) includes three pots of pigmented powder (yellow gold, white gold and bronze) and a brush applicator. It's (in the words of the make up artist himself) "like mini pots of gold at the end of the rainbow!".

If you want to get your loved ones something special for Christmas I would recommend you buy one of these sets for them!
